One or two of the freshmen from 2010 may be actually SMART and SMARTER but their count is 0 to none.

Bottom line is that most states send their Village Idiots to Washington.

How to win back the United States based on Apportionment.

Since the United States was handed over to the Corporate WDC USofA and banking interest have gained control of all major countries, it seems that a simple event could occur in the United States at the State Governor Level.

Recall all Representatives and Senators as not being of the Original Constitutional Government established in 1770's (depending on adoption dates) since they are not sitting in the right seat.

Hold an overnight election in all States without Federal Government involvement since it is at a state level.

Send new (or the old representatives and Senators) back to Congress (not of Washington DC Control), and reset the clock on government.  Include a stipulation that if they succumb to the Corporate Washington, then they are recalled without notice or action.  Dismissed immediately.

Then they will have to do their damned jobs correctly.  With the stipulation, people like Dirty harry, Boehner, Pelosi, Feinstein (many others) could be dismissed.

Take Dirty Harry for instance, look up the Federal Register on February 23rd, 2014 and see the Bill he ram-rodded through to seize control of the Bundy Ranch and pass it on to the Chinese through his son T Reid.

U.S Supreme Court Rules to Continue Voter Inequality Nationwide

Washington, DC, December 24, 2010/ -- (Apportionment.US) – The nation’s highest court decided last week to continue denying many Americans the opportunity to achieve equal voting strength relative to the U.S. House of Representatives.  Claiming a “lack of jurisdiction” by the federal courts, the U.S. Supreme Court declined to hear arguments in the Clemons v. Department of Commerce case.  Plaintiffs had asked the Court to consider whether the House of Representatives’ size of 435 members violates the constitutional principle of “one-person, one-vote” due to the significant inequity it creates.

Borrowed Writings Author Unknown to me:  When the Southern states walked out of Congress on March 27, 1861, the quorum to conduct business under the Constitution was lost.

The only votes that Congress could lawfully take, under Parliamentary Law, were those to set the time to reconvene, take a vote to get a quorum and vote to adjourn and set a date, time, and place to reconvene at a later time, but instead, Congress abandoned the House and Senate without setting a date to reconvene. Under the parliamentary law of Congress, when this happened, Congress became sine die (pronounced see-na dee-a; literally “`without day”) and thus when Congress adjourned sine die, it ceased to exist as a lawful deliberative body, and the only lawful, constitutional power that could declare war was no longer lawful, or in session.

The Southern states, by virtue of their secession from the Union, also ceased to exist sine die, and some state legislatures in the Northern bloc also adjourned sine die, and thus, all the states which were parties to creating the Constitution ceased to exist. President Lincoln executed the first executive order written by any President on April 15, 1861, Executive Order 1, and the nation has been ruled by the President under executive order ever since.  End of Borrowed Writing:

States must recall their Representatives and Senators.  Hold a state legislative session in emergency, and nominate their State Senitors and Representatives back to the Original Setting Congress prior to the  Lincoln's General Orders No. 100, also called the Lieber Instructions and the Lieber Code, extended The Laws of War and International Law onto American soil, and the United States government became the presumed conqueror of the people and the land but in reality have been figuratively lifted but not editorially lifted.

That makes our push as Patriots to force our own individual State Governors to do their jobs or to recall them as complicit with the crime of destruction of the United States. (Which many are in that category at this time - by their own Actions).

It is not so much that I am supportive 100% of the Republicans - it is that I am sure 100% that if you vote for a Conservative Democrat and send them to DC they will join the Democrat Caucus and vote in lock step or they will be kept off committees and they will get ZERO PORK FOR THE HOME FOLKS.

Giving up the Majority caucus is what kills representative Republics as the Congress morphs into a Democracy. This is what Harry Reid did when he went nuclear and killed the filibuster made the Senate a majority rules 100% . 

Just review all the votes for the ACA [Obamacare] then review all the votes for the first two years of Obama's reign. Then in 2010 the right factions came back together and elected a Republican House.

The factions then being uninformed about how politics work thought that the House would change the bad things back end ACA, lower taxes, slow down and reverse the job killing EPA and Energy rules and regulations. When that did not happen they again blamed the Republicans that controlled only 1/3 of the votes necessary to change a single laws.

There is no third way, no third party, no parliament, our form of government is unique and functions as a adversarial system where one argues and fights their common ideas out on the floor of Congress. Many call themselves INDEPENDENTS - only two Independent party members have been elected to national office - both are Socialists or Communists.

Again I am the broken record - Article V removal of Federal power is the only way to Restore freedoms and liberties. Parties do not matter when the power is being applied by usurping Federal Bureaucrats . . Look at the IRS, HHS. DOJ, VA, BLM, USFS and the others - do you think they give a crap about what the Congress says - like Obama and executive orders just do it and the elected can do nothing but fight over who controls the process.

im 100% sure you better get your ducks in a row  in the communities where you live before too long.  People!   Governments fall but people who have vision will  produce the next nation.. Points of reference are that Homeland security is the civilian force Obama called for when he was first elected. We have had time to unsecure his position but have we?

you may say anything you want to discredit the fact that a police State has formed. But you cant discredit the Bible and its saying in plain terms the course we must take.

Once more its People  God, communities, their councils and their law enforcement. Make ready for that time., that is what local elections are for    Your nation is an Oligarch, and the enemy lives   where  your National  representatives reside

This places you in a situation of a broad reaching impact,  for now your civic duty is a very important need for success not a possible way out.
