Representation in Florida

Most of the states have one state Representative for every 50,000 residents while the state of Florida has one representative for every 168,927 residents. According to the 14th Amendment this disparity according to the due process clause is unconstitutional. Every person in every state has a right to be equally represented in both the Congress of the United States as well as legislatures of the states.

Florida currently has 120 representatives in their House of Representatives and should have 432. With more representation the power will be transferred from Tallahassee to the people in the local communities.
