Our founding fathers knew that in order to protect the lives, liberty and property of the people it would be necessary to divided the political power between the national, state, county and city governments.

They understood that when political power in concentrated in the hands of the few, the rights of the poeple are jeopardized. The political power delegated to the central government were few and well defined while all powers not delegated to the government of the United States were reserved to the states and the people.

All powers not delegaged to the states should be retained by the people living in the counties. This model would prevent the saate and federal governments from the abuse of power.

When political power is held in the hands of the people and the city and county level, they are able to govern their government and prevent the centralization of power.

Our founders also believed that the representation of the poeple in the state and federal legislative bodies should be reoresented by one representative for very 30,000, In Article 1 Section2 Clause 3 the Constitution Congress mandated that the number tepresentatives shall not exceed one representatuve for every 30,000.

The intent of the authors of the Constitution was to establish a ratio of one representative for every 30,000, but the error in the wording has created Congressional Districts with over 700,000. The lack of the adequate representation in the House of Representatives has led to legislative tyranny
