Necessary and Proper Clause

All legislative powers are either lawdully delegated or they are Constitutionally prohibited. The idea that that Congree can do whatrver it wants that is not enumerated in Article I Section 8 has turned our limited government into one with alnost unlimited power.

If Congress collectively believe that a power not delegated to them is both necessary and proper they should propose a Cinstitutional Amendment and let the states and the people decide  grant to Comgress the power to act.

The Necessary and Proper Clause has enabled Congress and the President to infringe on rights of the people they were elected to protect.

If a legislative action is Necessary and Proper the peopl and bot the representatives of the financial elite should make that decision.

The power to create a National Bank was not a delegated to the government. Alecander Hamilton convinced George Washinton and Congress that having a National Bank  was Necessary and Proper.

Since then Congress and the President usurped poiwer by claiming that their actions were Necessary and Proper.
