National Parks are Unconstitutional

There There are 85 million acres of land in the 63 National Parls in the Unite States. All of this land should be turned over to the states as  the power to establish National Parks wwas a power not delegated to Congress.

If Congress wanted to establish National Parls it would have required a Constitutional Amendment. The ownership and management of the National Parks should be transferred to the states or an amendment to the onstitution shoukd be proposed by Congress.

Yellowstone National Park was the first National Park established by an act of Congress in 1872 without Constitutional authority to do so.

Article I Section 8 Clause 17 prohibits the Federal Government from owing land outside of the District of Columbia.

Article I, Section 8, Clause 17 of the U.S. Constitution grants Congress the power to exercise exclusive legislation over the District of Columbia (a district not exceeding ten miles square) and over all places purchased by consent of the state legislature for forts, magazines, arsenals, dock-yards, and other needful buildings. This clause essentially allows the federal government to own and control land for its own purposes, free from state interference.

  This means Congress has the sole authority to make laws for these specific areas, just as if they were a state.
• District of Columbia:

  This clause specifically authorizes the creation of the nation's capital (originally not exceeding ten miles square).
• Places Purchased:

  It also covers land purchased by the federal government with the consent of the state legislature. This includes land for military installations, government buildings, and other federal needs.
• Consent of the State:

  The state legislature must consent to the purchase of the land for it to fall under federal jurisdiction.
