Contrary to what you may believe the term of a Supreme Court Justices is not what you may think. They are not appointed for life, but are permitted to serve during periods of good behavior.

The intention of our founding fathers was to create a document that would create a limited government that would be governed by the rule of law, and not the opinions of a panel of politically appointed lawyers

Each member of the court has taken an oath and their failure to honor their oath is an impeachable offense.

The Fourteenth Amendment clearly states that those who have taken an oath to uphold the Constitution and fail to do so are in open rebellion and are guilty of treason.

It is the duty of members of the Congress to evaluate the job performance of each member of the court to determine their worthiness to continue to serve.

In the recent vote to repeal of Roe v Wade five Justices honored their oath and four did not. The four who voted to sustain the position of their political party, rather than  the Constitution need to be held accountable.

Our government is supposed to be governed by the rule of law, and not by a the opinions of a panel of politically appointed lawyers.

Each  of the four Justices who put their personal opinion and the position of their political party head of their duty to defend the Constitution need to be impeached.

Our nation was created to be governed by the rule of law and not the opinions unelected, unaccountable lawyers. If the Supreme Court can amend the Constitution by misinterpreting it, the Constitution becomes a meaningless piece of paper.
