Michigan became a state in 1850 and had a poptlation od 397,000 and 2 senators and 3 representatives  with a ratio or 1 representative for 132,333 imhabitabts..

The population of Michigan today is 26 times greater than it was in 1850 and should have  the same ratio of 26 times as many representatives today. If Congress were to be properly apportioned Michigan would have 78 representatives amd 80 Presidebtial Electors.

If the raio of 1 rep for every 30,000 were appIied, Michigan  would have 333 representatves
