June 21st is Constitution Day

New Hampshire became the ninth state to ratify the Constitution on June 21, 1788 and the Constitution officially became the Supreme Law of the Land.

On September 17,1787 the proposed Comstitution was signed by 39 of the 42 men who were in attendance.

George Mason, Edmund Randolph and Elbridge Gary refused sign the Constitution.
