Gouveneur Morris declared in the Preamble that the purpose of the Constitutiom was to crreate a government  that would preserve, protect and defend hte lives, liberty  and property of all the people living in the union of 13 states.

The government was created to establish justice and insure domestic tranquility. Currently it is doing neither because "We the People" have failed to hold government officials accoutable.

Instead of establishing justice Congress and the Courts consistently promote injustice and insteaf od  nsuring domestic traquilty Congress created domestic and Internatioanl Hostality.
