New Constitution

According to the Declaraton of Independence when the government exceeds its lawful authority we have the responsibility to alter or abolish the government. 

Like a cancerous tumor our government has metastisized and is beyond repair. in order to prevent a bloody rebolution we must abolish our current form of government. We need create a new form of government that will do a much better job of  protecting our rights.

Our cuurent Constitution could have suceeded if the people had compelled the occupants of Congress, the Presidency and Supreme Court to honor their oath yo preserve, protect and defend the Constitution.

No Constitution can protect our rights if we the people fail to hold our governmen officisls acountable.    

Oue rights can not be secured if we allow our public servants to exceed the authority that has been delegated to them. When we allow corrupt lawyers and politicians to get rich at our expense, we have no one to blame but ourselves. If we fail to take responsibility our righs become merely privileges granted to us by our rulers.
