It was the intent of the Founding Fathers to make the Legislative Branch of Government the most powerful branch. The purpose of the Executive Branch was to see to it that the laws passed by Congress were enforced. It was not the intent of the Founding Fathers to have an individual making policy decision for and in behalf of the people.

If the members of the House and the Senate would follow the job that they were assigned by the Constitution, the President would not have the ability to violate the Constitution. The President is only able to do what he does with the consent of Congress.

If Congress would refuse to authorize the money requested by the President to fund unconstitutional programs such as the EPA, the IRS and the myriad of other Federal Agencies, they could take away the President’s Viagra and render him incapable of screwing us in the future.

The only way we can control the President is to elect a Congress that will not allow him to violate the Constitution. If we elect a Congress that will allow the President to ignore the Constitution, the really doesn’t matter who we elect as President.
