Board of Governors

The Governors of each of the states should establish a Voard of Governors that would gather  on the first Momday in July to nomonate three candidates for President and Vice President.

The Presidential Election will be held on September 17th every four years.

The method of choosing Presidential Electors will be decuded by the legislatures of the states to represent each of the state's Congressional districts.  The electors will for the candudate recieving the most votes in the district wide
