Alaska

 Alaska became a state in 1959 and had 1 representative  for 226,167 inhabitants. Today Alasla has 732,.673 inhabitants and they still have just 1 representative If Congress was properly apportioned with 1 rep for every 30.000 Alaska would have a total of  24 Congressional Districts .
